Cold Light

The colours of the good times will always shine through.

In physics, luminescence is light that is able to be emitted at cold temperatures, also called 'cold light'.

It seemed to fit snuggly as a metaphor for the light in within ourselves. Times we find ourselves in cold situations, it's up to us to choose, to see, or emit this light to liberate others into warmth.

Style:
Wet on wet, Impasto - Possibly my favourite style of painting. It's spontaneous. Its essence captures a lot of in-the-moment creativity and cognitive state.

Medium:
Acrylic paint, gloss medium on canvas
